I don't like to exercise, but know I had to do something. I found Adrenaline Bootcamp to be the funnest thing I have ever done with regard to "fitness" and being a group setting with such nice people made getting there a motivator. I was sore in the beginning, very nervous that I wouldn't make it through the first class, however, not only did I make it through the first class, but I am officially hooked and convinced that Bootcamp works and gets results. I sleep better, feel better, have more energy, and the coolest part is I know I look better. It didn't happen over night, but putting the weight on didn't happen over night either. I also have to say that the whole "working out in the rain" thing, seemed a little "extreme" but come to find out, I enjoy it. Adrenaline Bootcamp gave me the "shot" I needed to be who I wanted to be.

Thanks for the bootcamp kick in the butt.  I needed a jumpstart to my working out again and I achieved it at Adrenaline Bootcamp.  Sit-ups, push-ups, burpees, even the jumping jacks all helped me to get back in shape again.  I still have more to do so I can’t wait for the next one to start.  Thanks for keeping it challenging and interesting every morning.  And I can’t wait till it is actually light out!

I wanted to thank you for running an awesome bootcamp.  I saw the bootcamp ads and thought "sounds like fun...but 5:30 am?" Well, I am now addicted. The sense of accomplishment and pride I have at 6:30 am is priceless. I get a whole body work out, new challenges, have met new friends and can see immediate improvements in my strength. I drive home each morning ready to tackle my day with renewed confidence. Good nutritional decisions have become easier because of the positive way I have started my day. I hate working out. I find jogging BORING! I’m way too busy to work out. My schedule is too hectic. I travel for work. I could lose more than a few pounds. If you are anything like me, please do yourself a favor and try Adrenaline Boot Camp! It’s fantastic!! An early morning workout makes us feel sharper all day. Nobody cares where you start, but they are all rooting for your improvement. Whether you are in great gym shape or just shaped like a great gym you will do fine. And a great side benefit, you will share a laugh with a bunch of nice people during every workout.
